However… read more our experience improved quickly when Lorena came out to greet us. She was very calm and laid back and spoke to my daughter gently. She put the numbing cream on her ears and continued to chat to us for the next 25-30 minutes while it took effect. She let me daughter choose her earrings and then took us through. The actual piercing was so quick and easy, it only took a couple of minutes. Lorena was very reassuring and gentle the entire time. I am so pleased that this was such a positive experience for my daughter as it is not at all what I experienced as a child. I have already recommended Lorena to a friend who is thinking of having her daughters ears pierced. Thank you so much Lorena, what a great service and a wonderful experience for my daughter.
