Aqualyx® Fat Dissolving Injections is a specially formulated injectable solution that contains a unique combination of phosphatidylcholine and deoxycholate. 2. Treatment Day: On the day of treatment, the targeted area is marked, and the Aqualyx® solution, mixed with lidocaine for comfort, is injected.
3. Number of Injections: Multiple injections are administered to ensure full coverage of the area to be treated.
4. Post-Treatment Massage: After treatment, our doctors will manipulate/massage the areas, and you’ll continue this massage at home for several days.
5. Recovery: Expect swelling, discoloration, tenderness, and bruising, lasting 7-10 days. Improvement is typically visible after 6 to 8 weeks.

The Treatment Process

Are There Any Side Effects?

It is fair to say that if we’re working on your face or chin, the swelling will be noticeable for at least a week. You will begin to see results after week 3.
